Apparently the severance won't be that good for the SVP level. It looks like you have to be C-level to get the $multi-millions. It's not looking good for the channel team.

Sandy was a cheerleader, all talk and no action. It’s the story of her career. I’m sure she conned her way to another company.
Not surprising. Expect more who don’t believe that focusing only on the top thousand or so customers is going to be a good move for their career. Most people don’t share the PE playbook mentality.
Do you blame her? She had to deal with the Dell cr-p and now Michael Dell and Broadcom. It is hard to do your job when the cheese is moved every 6 months.
For those who have been in Sales or the Channel, if you make it over to Broadcom you will be in shock. It will be unlike any other channel or sales organization you have worked for.
She was here less then two years unsure of how much she did either.
Broadcom won't totally abandon the channels but they won't need Sandy's 90+ people organization.
I don't think this necessarily means that broadcom will completely abandon the channels..

Sumit Dhawan said that this merger won't be like the other Broadcom mergers. I wonder if Sandy disagreed with him?
Well Betsy Sutter did say that the acquistion would create opportunities and it looks like Sandy found her's.
