Going back to your place of work constantly when you're not working. Does anyone have those coworkers who always "shop" on their day off? We have an ASM who comes every day off to schmooze, brag about his pay and his accomplishments, flirt with the young female associates, kiss up to the SM, etc. Is there a store rule that applies here? No one likes this guy but our SM. Wish he would gtfo and go live his life.

I only go to Lowe's when I am paid to be there.
If I want to buy something there, will do an internet order and pick it up after my shift.
These types like to throw their weight around - so impressed they are with their “power.” They forget that they are very little fish in a big pond, and if they antagonize enough people, they can be flushed down the toilet with all the rest like them.
These people are losers. It’s incredibly pathetic to have your life revolve around Lowes. To spend your day off in Lowes and date/have relationships with coworkers is the ultimate cuck move
We have one that comes in on his vacation to just gossip and talk s-h-i-t..and yep, he's an ASM.
He came to our store a new ASM about 8 mos ago. How do they promote someone who has had multiple reports of racist, sexist remarks as a DS for years? I guess this is what Lowes wants.
