I can understand that everything is more expensive right now, but let’s be honest for a second here, our products also got more expensive in the meantime. Yet we none of us can hope for any sort of significant raise which could help us survive the increased costs of living and transport. Any chance the leadership could change their mind bout that, or is the option of getting a second job just becoming more and more realistic?

They gave higher management a bonus and a wage increase this year. And then because they did so well last year they gave them another bonus on top of that. They had the money to give out just not to front line.
To answer your question: NO.
I worked for them about 10 years ago. They gave cr---y raises then so why would they change now? Leave. The torment is not worth it.
Joining a union would help us negotiate better wages and terms of employment. I can provide more information if you like. Contact me at fairwork@gmail.com. Cheers.
I’m happy to have a job. And would prefer no raises at all if it can keep layoffs at bay
A union is the only thing that could make meaningful changes for assiocates at this point. There is talk at one of our sites but u haven't seen union cards or pamplets.
Probably not. Sorry!
You also have the option to find a better job.
