Our contract will be soon ratified. The union says will be getting a little over $40 an hours plus back pay. I love it!

No bs I'm a carman making $33.29 an hour as we speak. Look it up. $40 is better than nothing. I'm a hard working man and don't mind long shifts. I'm just happy I have a job.

$40 an hour doesn’t come close to inflation costs right now. Than you deduct how much our health insurance is going to cost. You just got pay decrease. Not a pay raise.
Minimum wage jobs now start at $15 an hour plus bonuses so they actually show up for their scheduled shifts. Some places are $18 an hour with no education or experience.
To equal that pay raise, We would need to be over $50 an hour. If you factor in inflation costs and higher health insurance. We need to be over $60 an hour.

40???? That ain't much of a raise. I'm damn near 40 now!!! That be like 1 percent raise LOL. Depends on craft I guess. I'm sure this is a BS post though.
