Found this site while researching about CS as I was approached for an IT job in HN division , was trying to gather details about the company. Sorry to hear so many bad stories. I am not sure if this would be the company to join now. Any feedback?

Well looks like townhall Q+A finally came out. In regards to job related concerns/ lack of benefits/ flexibility questions.leadership have shown that they either don't understand the questions or more likely they use hr or managers as scapegoats when decisions made higher up the chain.
Sad to say..all integrity has left the building .
So.. how long to answer IT townhall Q+A, nearly a week in and noting...especially the valid concern on how a cohort of IT employees are basically been treated differently to counterparts regards flex@work days and what HR initially outlined over 1 year ago around flex@ work days. It's all been thrown out the window when it comes to a directive verbally passed down the chain in recent weeks. Terrible way to treat people on top of poor merit increases and no empathy on cost of fuel to travel to an office.lets face it...they had no qualms or lack of productivity when covid hit and people had to work remote.
You need to treat employees with respect..and in return will be rewarded with dedication.
Get ready for outsourcing!!!! Tata, specially to India.
Good luck everyone !
Apparently CommScope agreed to enter in a partnership with Roku for the Home division. The division would mainly focus on managed services for existing Roku offerings.
Sr. Management (including "leaders" of functional support teams) treats all support functions like cr-p.
So many of us who rely on IT appreciate your hard work and your efforts to do the right thing to support us all. Thank you for that.
Disappointing and showed how disconnected management are with how IT employees on the ground are been treated both with merit increases, fuel/ inflation costs and lack of flexibility.amazed how management not aware that flex@work hr recommendations not been passed to eligible IT employees. Pity also there was apparent technical issue that meant the important q+a questions not read out correctly.
Didn't know there was one. Tell us about it.
