No joke - R&D engineering interns were assigned forklift training in box !!!
Don't train them. They probably get paid more than you do. Demand a salary review first.
Cheapest they got hire making what I make after 8 years starting no training whatsoever on anything.

training can easily be accessed on Box. When you’re finally able to find the poor production ( not to mention poor quality video) it should help make any complex subject matter that much more confusing
