Thread regarding GE Healthcare layoffs

Is anybody training new hires?

I'm tired of having to show people how to do the most basic things while my work gets neglected.

Training people were probably the first to get layoff notice. (Ha)

Don't train them. They probably get paid more than you do. Demand a salary review first.

training can easily be accessed on Box. When you’re finally able to find the poor production ( not to mention poor quality video) it should help make any complex subject matter that much more confusing
