For those who recently have left and those who are still with the company:
What is/was your pay grade and years experience?
How much do/did you make?
What state/region are/were you out of?
General field (example nurse, analyst, director)
I don’t want anyone posting anything too identifiable but obviously a director in NYC will make more than in Iowa so state or region would be helpful.

Hopefully this will help for those who are with the company or job hunting to get paid your worth

Regional VP for SGS out of Midwest — 262k with bonus based on revenue and stock. Currently little over 2 years with the company

I live in PA with ample experience for my GL 23 CAC position. As a top performer and dependable teammate, I only make $37k annually. Cannot move up for the life of me. This pay is TRASH. This company is a JOKE.

The salaries are likely gross. Whatever is here, please reduce the salaries by @25-45%+. that's their real salary. the rest is american magical thinking/delusions

Whoa, 45-135K gross is poor. Plus add in all the costs just to live etc. . wow. the owners, partners, trustees, board members are getting 7,8 figs. employees get jacked

Midwest, G28, 10 YOE. Consultant . 115k base and around 3 percent bonus payout.

Was with company for 2 years, left for 65 percent base salary hike. Optum pays way under market.
