How about more competent dyks and less token chik$ to make us more profitable again?
You know like the good ole days, when focus was on printing money instead of worrying about feelings or which politically correct alphabet soup category, they think they should be in.
I want to see some investment and long term profits up, share price up then I will cash in my shares.
Profits.
I leave around midday on a Friday because I feel I'm a bit more important than some others around me. I usually play golf with clients so you can put food on your table.

Baker’s IT is poor. Get everyone using one system (preferably SAP). The current mishmash of systems used is inefficient.
Stop focusing on cost saving and instead focus on quality. A good product pays for itself and customers will happily pay for good performance. Constantly trying to save money using the cheapest possible option is a false economy to me.
There’s still an us and them split in the Baker/ge legacy workforces. Employees need to be treated equally. Not one rule for them and one rule for us e.g why do GE all leave at midday on a Friday when the BAker staff carry on working?!!!
I beg to differ after having a toolbox talk this morning. Looks like a Stoneywood manager is getting the heave for poor performance.
