Why all the hate? Let’s just get the facts out! GA doesn’t pay the best, GA benefits are below industry standards, retirement is below industry standards and we aren’t leading edge in technology… anyone with logic wouldn’t argue against those facts! But, GA doesn’t make anyone work a 40 hrs week - so compared to other places your hrs work rate is actually higher! GA keeps older employees longer than other Defense companies. GA hires back employees that fail at other places! GA hires young people with liberal arts degrees yo become head engineers. GA doesn’t look for normal employees but if you can get in… and you keep your mouth shut … you can have a decent retirement and live in SD… problems only occur when someone gets out of their lane or tires to hold people accountable falling asleep at their desk. The way I look at it …. In 5 more years I would have earned my chance to fall asleep at my desk!

Busting your a$$ at GA is barley working at regular companies. Your work ethic is so far out of wack one does not even realize what it means to put in an honest day work if they have been at GA over 2 years
At almost $60 an hour, I bust my as$ every day and give the company my best.
Loved my time at GA. It was easyyyy moneyyy. Maybe I’ll come back one day when I want to chill at work again.
