I am mostly asking if people over 60 get any additional items, such as healthcare access for longer than the usual one month? I know that some companies make such allowances for older employees (in some cases even for those who are over 50) but I don't know if Citrix is one of them.

Age is not a factor in severance offerings. Everyone gets exactly the same based on LEVEL, not age.
doubt it, high director and average Joe has different packages.. even stock fast acceralation vesting for director level, , nothing for Joe. and ants.. and wokerbees..
In USA it’s all the same for employees of all ages
Severance Packages are calculated differently around the World or sometimes even depending on the state where you live so it's difficult to answer.
