Has anyone noticed the mistake they made At Nisku in the past few months. It is not a safe place to work. On top of that management is a trying to invoke fear and has replaced those that were trying to improve the situation. Quality continues to be a concern and we can’t even service our main product line fully due to not having direction in the stater facility. The guys and one SVP in particular needs to be held to account. This facility used to be amazing until the Americans from Houston pushed HR to fire the GM and rest of his team.

Sorry to hear this. In the past I had tons of positive interactions/visits with the Nisku facility. Sounds like everywhere in the company is suffering from lack of leadership
