I was CA, in my country without Unions and publicizing how many people brcm was axing, believe me, my severance, probably, would have been less than what i got! As said i'm not in us

A Union is typically for lower paid jobs, not the type of work we do. I was a Union employee at a hotel when I was in college. The Union did nothing for us. And a Union can’t reject an acquisition so we are screwed either way. If you are looking for a union job - go work at a grocery store.

You could waste years and $thousands trying to unionize and then be under the control of the union or you could find another job and get a big pay raise within a few months
