Then ask yourself if you'd be happy at work if layoffs were not an issue. Just disregard future layoffs completely and make your decision based on that. If you realize that you'd still be miserable, then it's time to go. But if you are satisfied with your job outside of layoffs, then it might be a good decision to wait it out. That's how I did it and that's why I'm still here.

Who could be "satisfied with your job" in the current environment at Citrix? I'm tired of apologizing to customers who are angry about the declining support and higher prices
Even if there was no possibility of layoffs the attrition must be affecting all departments. There simply is not enough staff to do the work and meet targets. Customers are getting pi---d continuously.
How can the lay-offs as well as the ongoing attrition not be an issue? Even if you are not working long, extra hours, to cover the workload of those who have left, aren’t you concerned about the deteriorating level of customer satisfaction?
