Milpitas/SMI acquisition failure - everyone knows they’ve been collecting paychecks until doomsday. Quality of Production, maintenance, and manufacturing purposely continue to suffer under TE’s watch. Acquisition of IntraSense product line was a huge factor in the purchase. IntraSense will never work with repeated stable results. The Milpitas FAB is a nightmare of Frankensteined tools/machines that often go down and bandaid up.
