Any experience technician can do whatever these highly paid Operational First Line Supervisors are doing. Why do organisation continue to allow fund wasted on hiring them? They are just basically ripping off technicians hard work and taking free salary.
I won’t say all, but there are plenty of them here. Seriously! Redundancy program should focus on these people instead of engineers. Company need them to run the plant. Or else, managers will have to do these jobs themselves.
It is not worth the money, having a middle man collecting status for BTL/PSS. It is really sad to see good engineers leaving while FLS (houseflies) still stay around in the company.
Keeping them just because these eunuchs laugh at your jokes & call you a boss means being heartless to good employees (soon will all gone).
Especially very very true if they always recommend their own kampong to be promoted. Gang up to bully good employee.
