I really hoped that Commscope would get back on track, but in the meantime and in between constant cuts, I lost hope that it would ever happen. Now I'm starting to think that the company will not even exist for much longer, but that is just my personal impression. When did you lose hope that anything would get better here?

Company in trouble, can’t supply anything whist trying to force through unrealistic price rises. Management spineless, employees not valued.
Looks like the IT re-org is going down. Got word a former co-worker was let go
For those who remain, I wish you the best. Reality will set in when you are forced out, but I understand your reluctance to move even though you are faced with a decaying company. Please remember the company per se does not love or care about you or your future. Surely there are some people there who YOU care for or care for YOU however, this will not protect you in the end.
I see the contestant EBIDA hyper focus, the wiping out of organizations and locations like a body. The “BRAIN AKA BOARD” will shut functions down to keep itself alive. You can choose to drink the koolaid or thrive.
Ruckus engineering leadership needs overhaul. Won’t blame corporate for the attrition. Problem lies within.
I genuinely wonder how the future of Ruckus will be. 90% of the top performers that I used to work with have left and the other 10% left are searching for new roles. We are backfilling at an extremely slow rate as well. Good luck to all.
I pulled the band aid off just over 6 months... Here is my perspective.
What I can tell you is that yes, the grass IS GREENER on the other side. Don't believe me? Talk to any of the hundreds of former colleagues who have parted ways with CommScope. You will be troubled to find someone who isn't being paid more, has better work-life balance, and is valued and appreciated by their company and organization.
Continuous layoffs are NOT normal
YoY decline of stock price is NOT normal
Neglecting employee well-being is NOT normal
Pathetic STIP is NOT normal
YOY delayed raises are NOT normal
Pull the plug before its pulled for you.
Cheers!
Agree. Lost all hope, between talk of another IT re-org in pipeline, less than 3% increases and forcing a section of employees back to the office 4 days a week ( during these times of high inflation especially fuel) ..I truly believe management want to hasten the " great resignation" as was said in town hall. Yes all companies have staff leaving since covid but I like to believe they at least try to provide incentives..commscope are indeed doing the polar opposite..well done !! All talk backed up with noting!! It's soul destroying.
