GA is good at bidding on contracts that no one else wants! When GA is working in its sweet zone it is winning contracts that all the big boys over look. GA will never pay industry wages! GA will never attract or keep quality talent as this is not even in GAs business model. To quote the War Dog movie “the government is now required to hand out contracts to everyone… it’s like bei in little league and even the d-mb, fat lazy kid gets a participation medal… GA is the fattest and d-mbest kid and just sits back for those participation contracts to be awarded… GA is only disappointed ☹️ when it bids on non-participation contracts as they have yet to secure one! It’s just sad that no one working at GA realizes this!

If one just analyze the contracts that GA wins it would be hard to argue against the statement above. The turn over rate at GA is incredible - so it would be hard to argue GA is able to keep top talent. But if you are willing to take less and moving up isn’t a big deal for you… GA can be an okay employer
If you truly believe GA is the greatest …. All I can say is you are the employee they are looking to keep! D-mb, fat, and lazy!
