Schedule delay is normal at intel. Why OP is getting surprised? Looks like he/she is new to Intel. Enjoy best WLB life (paid vacation) at intel. Who cares about delivering products on time as long as you are getting fat paycheck under Pat leadership. These are golden days for intel employees as long as Pat is leader.
Zero accountability is another core (in)competency. Arc is now ~2 years late, and the same clueless management is still in charge of the broken Windows Graphics driver.
Too many managers out of touch with the engineers doing the real work.
Intel always slips schedules. It is a core competency.
