So not sure if I am the only one that notice this but it seems to me Lenovo only cares to make more money and that’s all they talk about. Nothing about work life balance or providing employees with perks. I only been here for couple months but I already hate this place. They don’t give their employees cr-p except I do admit the amount of paid holiday off is nice but everything else they are just cheap

Unless you have a signed contract with Lenovo, you are nothing more than an EXPENSE. That is all. They think they can replace the work with cheaper labor, but I did the job of 5 people in China. It was a blessing to be let go. So many better companies out there and I was able to choose what I was going to take. I got out of the constant threat of layoffs, signed on with a much better company, and the work is realistic.
Always saying the China teams can do better.
I've heard that one used as a threat before: "I can get two people in China for what it costs to employ you here."
Then they proceed to tell you how much you cost in salary and all the great 'benefits' as part of your package. The message is clear: you're not viewed as an asset, you're a financial liability to this company and are treated as such.
Then management wonders why morale is so low and why some of their best people quit for better jobs elsewhere.
Just know that it never gets better. You hate it already and it will get worse. Always saying the China teams can do better. If that was the case, they wouldn't have any presence in the US.

Company loyalist replies, "but what about the payrises and bonus?"
No further proof needed that they just don't get it (and I don't think ever will)
