Sears - the 15 year controlled liquidation.

tout the good while selling everything off in the back.

Sears was worth more dead then alive.

Eddie as a CEO was a fraud - HE talked how he was keeping stores open, but slowly liquidated them without panicking wall street and flooding the market with liquidation of store merchandise. - Then sold the properties to himself at a discount at the expense of the Sears shareholders.

NO ONE made any money off Sears except Eddie

In my state, Sears doesn’t advertise in print media or on television. I haven’t thought about Sears since the last store was shut down 2 years ago

Better Question:
Will there be an active Sears Layoff board here in 2023?

Eddie said a long time ago that he will not invest in stores. His plan is coming together as he set out.

I think so. I believe in Eddie Lambert's vision to Transform Sear's & Kmart. The liqidation has been part of the plan to get rid of old buildings and old fistures. Everyone made fun of Kmarts for looking so 90s, but when Kmart comes back all brand new then the Eddie plan will be all correct. Sear's and Kmart arent going away. Eddie is the Rocky Balboe of retail fighters and I belive the comeback story is about to happen anytime. Trust the plan.

Do you actually believe Sears is a company now?

Yes. But for no good reason.

Transformco is a Hedge fund company, everyone knows this.
From selling assets (Real-estate & parts of the company off) it’s just a matter of time before solvency is the final solution. A&E have 3 techs quitting at least every other week. The fleet is almost 100 vans strong rusting away in the parking lot and Hoffman Estates is about to be sold.

YES! The transformation is almost complete! From the biggest retailer in the U.S. to a handful of decaying stores in mostly nowhere places. It all should be transformed into just a memory soon!

Yes! The transformation is just about complete! As soon as we sell the corporate offices in Hoffman Estates and turn them into condos, record sales of our world renowned Kenmore appliances, maintenance agreements, and increased revenue flowing into Product Repair Services will provide cash flow to begin our expansion! You better be looking over your shoulder Mr. Bezos, we’re coming after you!

What do I think? I think it’s not worth thinking about.

Confession through projection much? People don't practice what they preach these days.

The better question would be, "who gives a toot?" You might think about starting a rock collection or something to find greater fulfillment in life.
