Just a had general team meeting cancelled June 21 as there will be a big all hands announcement in Canada for Staples. Rumor says it concerns the Staples Professional and Retail sales teams…has integration of the two finally been determined with layoffs of duplicate jobs? Anyone hear anything else on this?

I was laid off in January 2018....I found the best job of my life after that. I want to thank the Director that laid me off. It's nice working for company where you don't have to worry about layoffs...get raises and are appreciated. Get out of that cr---y company.. it sucks......

So I've been told to start setting up individual meetings right around the same time frame. Not to be negative but I can say that if you get one it will be your last. Consolidation in US and Canada retail at least for IT is happening. From the list I have so far, its pretty substantial. Sorry ahead of time for the bad news.
I wonder if this will also impact SBA in the US?
There have been so many resignations at SP there must be something about to happen.
