I see so many people worried about being laid off and I have to ask, why? Working here sucks. There are still many companies that are doing great and interesting work that are in desperate need of employees. I'm talking about companies that pay better, offer better benefits, and don't have the toxic culture we have to deal with each day. Honestly, getting paid to leave right now would be great.

It really depends on what your skillset is
many companies are laying off.
the market is turning.
it'll be bad.
i know some people who were snapped up quickly I know others who cant find anything. Bird in the hand thing. The evil you know verse the evil you dont. Lots of reasons to cling to such a cr---y company. (they are cr---y in more ways then people know one might say evil)
