Most of us here are very undervalued and underpaid. Are you surprised when you hear from someone who used to work here how much more they are getting paid now? I’m not one of those people who’s still trying to work harder than ever to keep a job here. It is certainly not possible to keep a job that way. Now I only work only the bare minimum because that's how much I get paid.

At no point in my career has my relationship with my co-workers been more important than my compensation. Friendships don't pay my bills bros. I like that we talk about these things because there's way too many teammates who think that you should live to work and that everything about you is defined by being physically present working for someone who couldn't care less about as people-simply imbeciles to be used, abused, exploited and sold empty promises.
