FRA is doing spot checks on people working by the tracks. Good time to be sure the foul time or it’d book is filled out. They checking on track safety stuff.

Metrolink has Signal maintainers spying on UP employees at night and until 500 am. Literally Parkes at night watching employees working on trains.
Homeless people too. Sleeping 300 feet from the tracks not near the tracks.
