Total cr@p. They have already lost 40% of the workforce, how much more can they cut and still be able to keep the software working for the existing customers?
And who knows, the acquisition may fall through (@ $104.00 a share)
Before the acquisition? Doesn't that mean the layoffs will occur before the end of this month?

I’m in HR and I can confirm. But the payout seems not nearly on par with what weve done in the past. As a result, I’m outta here soon
With the amount of people leaving I doubt that very much, In fact they are forced to recruit at the moment to remain operational in most areas
