Thread regarding US Xpress Enterprises layoffs

Poor leadership from EF over the past 6-10 months is driving the Variant brand into the ground. Explaining it away with statements like driver shortage....etc. Come, if you built a company truly behind its promises, you'd have drivers lining up. Truth be told you staffed up and added useless leadership roles that haven't had the impact you thought they would. Just because someone did something at Amazon or FedEx doesn't mean they can drive the new brand....
Clearly they are not making it happen. Instead you keep those folks and continue letting droves of others go. It's a shame Variant will cease to exist much longer. You'll keep making excuses to the board and eventually they will figure out its all YOU!
