This page is a joke. If y’all hate your job so much go find another one. Does everyone really think getting on here and crying will do anything? It’s just a job and there are a lot of jobs at other companies right now. The grass may seem greener on the other side but remember they probably have a higher water bill.

Corrupt!
Higher water bill? We don’t care about how much money the company spends on us, we care about how we are treated. We demand some basics from our leaders. We demand a good culture, leadership that has and displays ethical values, leaders who create an environment that fosters empathy, acceptance, and one where employees feel valued. We demand accountability at all levels and it needs to start at the top because we all know that it is corrrupt at its core! Anyone that has been here for a few years remembers the lack of accountability that HR had for the STX leadership because of his connections and who was running HR. The assumptions were confirmed when his connections left the company and then he resigned!
You can stop thinking that the people on here complaining are a bunch of entitled millennials because you couldn’t be farther from the truth. We are on here making our voices heard because the company chose not to hear us when we spoke up so now the world can hear all about what goes on inside this corrupt company!
