Final days of sears

does anyone remember the final days of sears? how bad things got? how lack of employees and people who have moved on knowing what was going to happen? How about Kmart? doesn't it all look like macys at this point?

There might be some Sears and KMart left but slowly dwindling away. The KMart that was open in my area actually was not bad and had good deals here and there. Too much merchandise however and barely anyone to help. The other KMart by me looked like a third world country

The same person that thinks Sears/Kmart still exists is the same person who thinks Macy's has a future - LOL.

Macy's isn't there yet but the ISM business plan is what Sears used at the end to try and keep the stores afloat. Macy's also has more assets at this time than Sears did.

Sears=Kmart, Macy's is different.

FYI, Sears & Kmart still exist. There are 9 Kmart’s in the US/territories & 25-30 Sears Department stores across the US. There are also a few hundred authorized Sears dealers. To say “final days” is incorrect, they may have significantly fewer stores these days, but they both still exist.
