It's time for the Brent guys to move on as anyone that thinks they have a future there is blind. The only ones that will be kept on when they move to Ch Road will be the chosen ones and everyone else will be asked to sign a sh--e contract or away you go. I'm just glad I took the payoff last year and no longer working for the 5.30pm pallet shifter
Rumours around the COE are that ops leads received a bumper pay rise on top of the basic site wide pay rises. Didn't hear many complaints about them dropping to 12.5% on 4x4 day shift, that's because they have received a 10% pay rise!! That's as well as the 'average' 3.5% that everyone else got.
Jim Spark out of his depth has caused all this s-hit in COE. The guys that actually get the work out the door are paying the price. Strike Strike Strike !!!!!!!

The company is corrupt and Montrose COE is run by incompetent id--t’s. They are losing good men every week and will be unable to replace them with there so called cost cutting actions. There lead times will be go through the roof and the place will be on its knees within a year.
Theres nothing any Union can do to help people who hate themsleves, and cant even communicate on the lowest level with out throwing insults.
Still, I guess its worth every penny, just to have somebody else to blame.
Its in the Title, unions need people to be unified in the first place, but looking at some of the comments here...well...lets just say you deserve each other.

Just the union getting as much money as possible for as long as they can from the numpties that are willing to pay for it and then say they did all they could to help when they shut down Brent and move everything to Chay Road. Tooany id--ts at Brent thinking that Unite will help them but Unite are only helping themselves. Have to laugh at all the real numpties that have joined the union but don't even know why they have joined or what they have joined for. I also wonder how it works being a union member, voting for strike and working overtime as well 🤣
