@mydg+1hYVktVV Is clearly part of the problem using “Baby” like that. 😂
Some things never change at Fossil.
@mydg+1hYVktVV...again... you're clueless...🤣....read with COMPREHENSION!
Yer you are interested to come here and post? Baby get over it
@ilnh+1hYVktVV. 🤣🤣🤣.. you are clueless....not interested in change for a place where I no longer reside workwise...the company appears to be failing so change is happening regardless. Smh!
If no elaboration then u r not interested in making changes ..just crying
Take it to the press
If others have had the same issue and it's on record with hr, would that make a difference with the EEOC? How does that work? Do they investigate the company?
Elaborate with the details for what or who's purpose? If it's for the person or persons experiencing harrassment or discrimination, there is the option to get coworkers (not likely) or former coworkers that are aware of or were subject to the same treatment that will back your claim. No point in elaborating here.
Elaborate with the details
It doesn't help, they know how to cover their bases...trust me I've tried. They put PEOPLE who weren't management material and things into place where a complaint of discrimination and harassment is difficult to prove. Especially discrimination! But good luck!
@effthatplace I should have too. The amount and types of harrasment that I and others endured were jaw dropping.
Yes! This is the only way to have a shot of anyone there being held accountable. Good luck!
Shoulda filed a complaint when I had the chance.
Thanks for sharing!
