I believe people are looking at the economy and other tech companies. Layoffs at Google, FB, Intel, etc…. And Qualcomm requesting more H1Bs…. In 2018 same thing was happening and the CEO kept saying how great things were… then over 1500 people got their pink slips… but in the good side, 6 months later there was a lot of hiring foreign talent to fill the regs
