Staying at this job is like one of those Big Brother immunity challenges where they see who can stand the uncomfortable situation the longest. But there's no winner. Just more pain.

The customers are something else. Caught a lady on our star wars trying to get down a pallet of birdseed. I yelled "STOP! what are you doing!?"
She pointed out the bay was empty.
I said "alright I'm sorry for that..but you need a spotter on both ends of the aisles and they need to be blocked off..this is NOT Lowe's safe!"
Her husband got in my face and demanded I apologize and speak in a lower tone. After some heated discussion and explaining Lowes safety policy they calmed down.
She apologized and I gave her the ok to proceed getting the pallet down.
Overall, it was a win/win. The lady got her birdseed and the bay was filled.
