As much as we might want to have this behind us ASAP, don't think for a second this will be done within a week. We're looking at months of agonizing and stressing over this. They might start with cuts next week but it's clearly stated in several articles that the entirety of it will happen "in the coming months."

So, it isn't necessarily going to be 20% of employees, just 20% of total staffing costs:
"personnel costs in thethird quarter would be 20% lower than what it had budgeted."
So if higher paid individuals get cut, that will account for more of a percentage. I would still assume 400-500 employees.
20% by the end of the year is what was said on the call. That's roughly over 700 employees. You'll know by the end of next week, depending on how many were let go, if this is going to be prolonged.
