The $1000 bonus is RJ's way to look good in the public light. The average family is spending about another 5k per year with inflation right now.

Our company has been bought by RJ. I see the 401k sucks big time. How bad is the health care plan? Please provide some details such as HSA contribution, deductible amount for single person, monthly premium, percentage paid after meeting deductible, max out of pocket. And who are the plans that are available. I know this is asking a lot of info but truly appreciate the answers.
