Thread regarding Stellantis - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles layoffs

Why is our site always silent? Are we well positioned? Do we have good sales?

Very true. LCC are getting the jobs. Although we're told to reference them as BCC (best cost countries). Turin has been offered 200,000 eu to leave

No but most engineers at Chrysler are very smart and already have a plan A. Plan B is to stay at Stellantis.
So they don't write about the poor management, they're just waiting on the right time for two weeks notice.
Btw management knows that and they encouragethat because the plan is to send most engineering jobs to "low cost" countries. They see their engineering staff as fixed cost and liability.
Engineers at Stellantis see the company as a temporary job.
So you can say they're is an understanding that no one is engaged and no one cares.
