It does not surprise me when people say that they are laid off without any reason at all. You work hard - you do your best - you get laid off and then they don't even have enough decency say the reason for it?? Totally inhumane. Unfortunately, many will experience layoffs very personally because of this.

It's not CVS. It's the system.
And the system is not You.
Not built for any living being like You.
So it is personal.
