Thats a cute little saying you got there but it holds no basis in reality. Investing in employees is a good thing - maybe try being less selfish.
Every industry is facing hard economic challenges. Looking beyond subscriber numbers, Comcast beat expectations. They also have A LOT of cash on hand unlike many other organizations that are now bleeding employees. They also have over 1900 available jobs. For now, Comcast will be OK.
