Thread regarding CDK Global Inc. layoffs

How is it done

Can those who have been let go share how the deed was done so we can be on the look out? Also, was severance offered? Inquiring minds :) yes I am looking to get the he-l out of dodge asap.

Please, if somebody is willing to provide details, it'll be highly appreciated. Especially the severance part.

@2mir+1hWLza3w you cannot force complaints to arbitration if the company violates your rights due to EEOC issues, se-ual harassment, abuse, or similar. NDAs also can not be used to cover criminal or finable actions by the company, but can only civilly prevent the public or to-competitor leaking of trade secrets and work product that is unique to the company.

CDK will most likely make the layoff victims sign a Non-Disparagement Agreement, to prevent them from posting vicious-but-factual opinions under real names on places like Glassdoor

The NDA and Mutual Arbitration Agreement associates signed in 2018 is still in force.

They will probably make you sign a NDA to keep your bonus if eligible.

for most people it sounds like it was an urgent 15-20 minute zoom meeting scheduled same day with your supervisor

there is severance being offered, based on tenure, and if you were bonus eligible you also will get that, depending on your behavior post rif
