I was lucky to have worked at some big companies (Microsoft, Meta, Apple) and some startups as well. I worked for a couple F500 companies as well.
However, Microsoft was a waste of time and the worst experience I had.
Microsoft has just about zero respect for designers.
The management is not trutful leveling and potential of ramping up.
Many designers leave as the management lies and they are being deceived.
Also, there is so much red-tape, you'll accomplish very little.
Such a bad experience. Avoid if you can.
