Charter Club is senior citizen clothing. Even if I see a shirt I like, if the label says charter club, I put it back. I’m not old and I don’t want to wear old people clothes
Wasn’t looking for cheetah underwear. Needed jockey white crew neck T-shirts and you had none. Only size small or xxl were available. No size 34 boxers ???
These are cote items that should never be out of stock.
The problem is you have underwear that people do not want but you do not have core items in stock. Retail lesson 101 keep basic items in stock.

The mens department has no quality merchandise. The private label brands are poor quality and have no style. The cuts are boxy and the color offerings are beyond hideous.
As Macy’s continues to eliminate and reduce designer labels I am buying less and less. I do not want Charter Club and INC for any price.
You cannot buy a quality suit in the clothing department. Our offerings compare to Mens Warehouse. I needed a black suit for an event and had to go to Nordstrom to buy it. A Macy’s employee forced to buy quality at another store because Macy’s has nothing to offer.
Can’t find a quality leather belt, wallet or even underwear. Every time I look for large T- shirts we have none other than Charter Club. Sorry Jeff I do not want your garbage brands.
Macy's brands has no style compare to other name brands.
I hate most of our brands. You either look like a street walker (INC) or you look like you should be playing shuffle board at some retirement home(KAREN SCOTT )Style& co is hit and miss. Charter Club is heading towards retirement home wear too. These buyers have no imagination. People want classic style with a few trendy pieces not hideous color pallets and patterns.
Nobody cares about macys and their trash brands.. the heyday has long passed and now its just sinking ship soon to be at the bottom with sears and Kmart
