CDK has turned into a status quo company that allows no innovative thinking or individual contributions if they deviate from the norm even a little bit. Everything has to be done the same way it has always been done, because...I don't even know why. That's just the way things are here. Or I'm just that unlucky and it's just my group that's suppressing anything that could rock the boat for our manager and his boss.

Here is the thing. CDK tries and has tried to do innovative things. Mainly to keep relevant and in business. The threat of competitors has gotten very real. So many times these innovative projects go nowhere due to turnover, layoffs, lack of decent project management or shifting priorities. Fortellis might be the most successful, but that is not saying much.
