Be aware this is what's happening with outsourcing of business lines. VP's & SVP's are colluding with each other to inflate the running costs of business lines before they are outsourced, look at the $100m overspend in Community Services, which was not approved by anyone?. The VP's and SVP's will then retire and move as CEO's to newly formed companies in Riyadh and take over the running of the outsourced departments and their inflated budgets. Again it's happening in Community Services, with Nabil Jama's relations running a facility management company who will take over the running of Community Services. (They are stealing from our company and country)

It’s happening all over and it cultural. Aramco spin off companies being setup to provide services back to Aramco, which just happen to have CEOs from Aramco/relatives/mates as directors…. This is also done through so called “JVs” and partnerships. Dig around TS and you’ll find half a dozen.
Contracts with vendors and consultants at Aramco have always been overpriced…I once made the mistake of asking why one of these contracts was literally 10x over market value….and was met with a wall of silence. Didn’t ask again.
I doubt any conscious local check this forum but in case, they know the way how wasta moves positions and money.
