Carmen, yard switching jobs and Mso’s are All getting contracted out at many UP yards now.
How about contracting out the stupid managers we have just sad how UP took McDonald’s managers to run a railroad very sad
They have rail link doing work in Oakland and Fresno. Why wouldn't they. The cost is cheaper to hire contractors. Less risk, employee flexibility, reduction in lawsuits, etc.
