I'm not saying that the company doesn't have any issues, but I still enjoy my job here and I care about keeping it. I would like to have a serious discussion why some people think that Meta is a poorly run company?

Too much hiring of weak guys by management. FB is very weak company.
Your title says 'Poorly Run Company', whereas your post appears that you like the company. Hope you realize that the wording of your title implies the opposite - that you are complaining that it is a poorly run company!
All the free stuff, exuberance in spending almost in every category. 5 people for every job. Over 90% of revenue based on selling advertisements on social media. Just not realistic.
