About seventy percent of support is looking to abandon ship. They are going to crash into the rocks. The siren song of "change" is not going to work for CDK.
I was a CSM up until today. I worked hard for that position and barely got my feet wet before I was laid off. The company will be dead by the end of 2023. We were already struggling with client call volume and demand, and now they have let go so much support staff and plan even more cuts by the end of this week. I cant see CDK surviving with these blows. I really wanted this company to be the best in the industry, but now I realize there was never any chance of that happening. CDK is doomed to fail, and at this point they deserve it.

More layoffs today. Current employee and heard many of my colleagues have been notified.
I’m a full timer in implementation. I just got laid off today. 3 years with the company. Thought I’d retire with CDK but they had other plans.
My understanding is CDK let all contractors go, some on Friday and was told more this week. 200+
Have not heard of layoffs last week. If you let go of contractors, that's not layoffs.
This week we will probably hear about layoffs
