The company thinks it can treat us however it wants and we'll just sit here and take it because "we should consider ourselves lucky to have a job." The only problem for them is that people are done taking their cr-p and are leaving in droves with few willing to join. It will only get worse for the company from here on, and I'll be happy to see them finally realizes how monumentally they fu---d up when it's too late.

Negative bud, i am not a spokes person but will say, if you don't like it here, make a change, go somewhere else and when you don't like it there, make another change. What good are you doing complaining day in and day out? Nothing!! All you do is stress yourself out worrying about sh*t you can't change.

As NOV and the management have cut many employees with many years of experience it’s kind of satisfying to watch them crash and burn.
Anyone still left at NOV with anything about them should seriously look to get out before it’s way too late for them.
I talk to companies every week complaining that they cannot get good people so many opportunities exist out in the wide world for people who want to get out of their comfortable rut at NOV.
Just be brave and you too can sit back with more money, more respect and more opportunities to grow, watch this undeserving corporation die a slow death
