I was just looking at the Home Depot section on this site. They have hardly any comments. Most of them aren’t frustrated as the ones on ours are. So what has Home Depot figured out to keep their people happy that Lowes hasn’t ? Does it just prove how many mistakes Lowes is making with their people?
Lowes needs to stop with the stupid constantly ever-changing “recognition” games, and actually give us things we can use like a pay raise. Or at least a gas allowance.

I’m glad that I dumped tons of money into 401k over the last 2 decades…. Don’t have to work now but I am in a totally different industry with zero stress at close to the same pay… couldn’t be happier
