You guys shouldn’t be surprised by anything Fritz says. He literally gets paid to just talk most of the time and usually it’s just BS.

He also said PSR was a good idea, even though the majority of the employees said differently. He also said in the very beginning the UP wouldn't do PSR, but did it anyways and lied to everyone. I remember he said the UP was "well positioned for growth", but the UP doesn't seem to be getting any bigger. In a nutshell, why should anyone trust him? For the last 7 years, he's screwed up just about everything at the UP. Here's an idea that I know has already been said many times already. PAY THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE NOW!

I knew this post was fake when it said Lance “thinks”. You need a brain to do that

When I read he was hopeful that the PEB would create an agreement “both sides could live with” I got mad. He could “live with” just 1% of what UP has paid him. He was all for deregulation but now, here, he wants govt intervention? Is this what we pay taxes for? Is the govt gonna do something TO us or FOR us? After he himself has been paid millions and millions from his employment at UP he wants the govt to intervene in regards to our pay rates. Typical virtue signaling liberal, what they set aside for themselves is always much better than what they think the rest of us should have.
