FANG employees in a state of shock as they get introduced to a cost cutting phenomena known as a layoff .... you poor babies. Did you think you are entitled to life long job with perks ?

10,000 people is going to be cut?!
The amount they plan to hire this year, so at least 6000. Dropping the worst 6000 and replacing them with some fresh blood should accomplish what MZ wants. Although, not what the CFO wants. So to be more profitable, I would say 8-10k. Is it so hard to believe they would cut 1.2 people for every 10 positions ?
