You're not wrong about the management structure at the PRC, but what's IT got to do with the Research Center? They're different business units. Air your grievances about IT and Transformation elsewhere, and stop muddying the situation.

R&D is sticking around for the time being. It'll take a haircut like every other BU, but it's not going anywhere. Chill.

Easy solution, Have less Managers and supervisors. They don’t need to manage 5 people.
Streamline groups way to many, departments and duplication. So cut 30% at this layer and you won’t miss anything.

We have the wrong Toad heading up the IT Transformation that pushed out our last CIO Brad, because he was vindictive and also said he turned down the CIO role to stay in Houston. That’s funny’s. I wished ZG got rid of the Clown.
